Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy

Once approved, we’ll get back to you within 4 working days of your complaint, check for the physical damage and if approved, we’ll initiate refund of the product as per your request. Melted chocolates are fit for consumption and shall not be refunded.
Cocoatrait.com will credit the amount paid for the original purchase of the product to the credit/debit card you used to make the original purchase. If the mode of payment was Net banking, we will initiate a NEFT bank transfer to your bank account. You will need to share details such as Bank Name, Account Number, Type of Account, Account Holder’s name, IFSC code and Location of the bank. The account has to belong to the subscriber only. We initiate refund process as soon as we receive the details from you and it takes 7-10 working days for the money to be credited to your account. It normally takes 8-10 days for your money to get reflected in your bank account.
Cocotrait.com will not provide a refund for a request that is received by Cocoatrait.com more than 24 hours-after the date of package received. Cocoatrait.com also does not provide a refund for returned Products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use by the subscriber.
What is your replacement Policy?
We do not replace chocolates unless they have passed the expiry date when delivered to you. This, we do not anticipate happening! We request you to email us at within 12hours of the date of package delivered with the pictures/images of the product and packaging.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns due to the nature of the product. Chocolates are not refundable. That said, if you are unhappy with your shipment for any reason, just contact us at and we will try our best to rectify the situation immediately.
Can I cancel my subscription? What is your cancellation policy?
Yes, you can cancel a subscription any time. Please contact us at before the 1st of each month. We will do our best resolve all problems. However, if you do contact us after the 1st, we shall not be able to cancel that month’s subscription. And once it is processed/shipped, you will be charged. You cannot cancel the 1 month subscription since it is shipped right away. Upon cancellation of the 3 months subscription, you shall receive 80% of your remaining subscription money back in 10 working days. If you cancel the 6 months subscription you shall receive 75% of your remaining subscription money back in 10 working days. If you cancel the 6 months subscription you shall receive 70% of your remaining subscription money back in 10 working days. The refund will be done back on to your card which you have used for payment or via NEFT into the bank account which was used for payment. We’d also love to know your reasons for cancelling so we can improve our service in future. Giving us the instruction and we’ll do the rest.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
