What will be Taught:
Our Chocolate Bon Bon Making Workshop is a phenomenal introduction to learning how to create tasty chocolate masterpieces over a 4 hour class. A decadently fun class to experience with friends or loved ones, learn how to make Moulded and Dipped chocolate, a little chocolate history, and take home 18 Bon Bons that you have made yourself in our signature boxes! The workshop will cover the following:
Please Note: You will be requested to help in preparing the bon bons. You can additionally (at extra cost) request to buy a kit of ingredients to take home and start making delicious Bon Bons straightway! Please let us know in advance. You will leave the Workshop with a box of truffles for you to indulge in by yourself or to show off to your friends and family.
What to Bring Along
Yourself! We provide all equipment and raw materials to make delicious Bon Bons at Cocoashala. If you have long hair, you may want to tie it back (we do provide hairnets) and you may want to leave your jewelry at home. Footwear will not be allowed hence request you to wear socks. One more tip – we do keep the shop rather cool to facilitate chocolate tempering, so if you feel cold easily, you may wish to bring a light sweater. Since this is a FSSAI certified facility any ingredients from outside of the facility are not allowed.
Allergy Information
Our courses may not be suitable for people who suffer from nut allergies. Nuts are used as toppings, so can be avoided but may have come in contact with any equipment being used.
L Nitin Chordia is India’s 1st professionally certified cocoa/chocolate taster. Nitin shall take you through the journey of how chocolates are made and how you should taste chocolates. Poonam Chordia is a accomplished chocolatier trained in Belgium and travelled the world learning chocolate making in various parts of the world. She is the 1st of the many chocolatier to teach at Cocoashala. Cocoashala is her home to making her “Enchante” brand of chocolates.
