Cocoa butter, is a pale-yellow, edible high value fat extracted from the cocoa bean (Theobroma cacao). It is used to make chocolate, toiletries, cosmetic products and pharmaceuticals. Cocoa butter has a delicate cocoa flavor and aroma. We specialise in fine flavour, non alkalised, non treated, clean, natural, high quality cocoa butter. We do not press cocoa from alkalised cocoa beans.
