It comes in a 200gms packaging and is a B2B product specifically tailored for the needs of bakers and confectioners. The cocoa butter naturally occurring in the cocoa beans are retained in the final product (and some also added back to the chocolate!) helping you create rich and delicious chocolate creations. This premium chocolate offers a deep, rich cocoa flavor with just the right amount of sweetness and a delicate balance with the bitterness. It has a 35% minimum fat content.
