The 70% Kocoatrait Desert Salt Bean to Bar Chocolate is made from Organic Cocoa beans of Indian origin and sweetened with Non Refined Cane Sugar! This bar is your 1st step into the exploration of the really balanced side of chocolate with salt! Desert Salt is natural, unrefined, sundried and free from additives and preservatives. It is harvested, sustainably twice a year from Thar Desert in India. They are high in Rich Natural Minerals like sodium chloride, magnesium, calcium & potassium.
